    Dr. David Smith is the CEO of B1-Global Americas, and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry as senior consultant, development leader and project manager in international projects such as IGT, Mine Safety Appliances (MSA), Hasbro Toys, Lord Corporation, Hanes brands and Dana Automotive.  As a highly experienced Solution Architect, David is responsible for the application of software technologies to business requirements.  He is our lead demonstrator to show how the SAP software can be applied to your business.  His background brings depth to the B1-Global team with experience such as CTO for Blue Ocean Systems, Director of Strategy & Alliances for FedEx Asia, Director of Logistics & Supply Chain for Oracle Asia Pacific, Executive VP North America for Hutchison Whampoa’s LINE (Logistics Information Network Enterprise), and, Director of Product Strategy for Bridge Point Supply Chain solutions – David combines industry expertise with strong global reach.

    Dr. Smith has extensive project management, product management and industry experience, as well as a practiced attention to detail and a knowledge of highly regulated environments. He brings over 20 years of work experience from a variety of industries, organizations, and company projects, including Regional Operations Management, Division Management, Sales/Marketing Management, Development Management, Solution Design Management, and Business Strategy Management. Additionally, Dr. Smith has extensive experience in Supply Chain Management designing IT and Operational solutions for various industries, and is the author of several books and articles on this subject.

    He is managing be one solutions and responsible for SAP relationship worldwide. Formerly with IMG Switzerland, Uzi was Global Delivery Manager for SAP Business One and managed all aspects of international customer relations and project rollouts including Alcan Packaging, Lord Corporation, Ivoclar Vivadent, L'Oreal and Nestle.
